Example of savings
You have paid 20,000 rubles for booking 2 nights in our hotel:
- The participant of the 1st level of the program will receive 20,000 * 5% = 1000 bonuses.
- A Level 2 participant will receive 20,000 * 5% = 1,400 bonuses.
- A Level 3 Gold participant will receive 20,000 * 10% = 2,000 bonuses.

The amount of the charge: points are calculated based on the amount of the prepayment made at the time of booking.
Cancellation policy:
If the booking is cancelled, the used points will not be refunded and will be burned.
The refund is made without taking into account the deducted points, in accordance with the cancellation policy.
When the cost of the reservation is reduced:
1. If the difference in cost is less than or equal to the payment in points, then points for this amount will be burned. 2. If the difference in cost is greater than the payment in points, then all points are burned, and the amount calculated according to the formula "difference in cost minus points" is offered for refund.
Please note:
- Payment with points is not available for deferred payment methods, credit payments, and non-cash payments for businesses and individuals.
- The loyalty program can only be used for online bookings. The on-site administrator will not be able to make the payment with points.
